18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteered to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form; 2. There is a clear pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer; 3. TMN staging Phase III or IV; 4. Patients after radical surgery 5. Patients had no other chemotherapy or radiotherapy 6. Age arrange from 18 to 80 years old, no sex limit; 7. Karnofsky score more than 70 points. 8. no serious disorders in heart, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system, chemotherapy contraindications, and other drug evaluation factors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not meet the inclusion criteria above; 2. Patients had been chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 3. The patients with abdominal or hepatic recurrence or metastasis; 4. Significant heart (history of severe heart disease, such as coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and so on), liver (ALT, AST has obvious abnormalities), kidney (CKD stage more than 2) or other function damage, mentally ill, pregnant or lactating women; 5. Allergies or multiple drug allergies; 6. Patients participated in other clinical trials,before the trial three months ago.
