anesthesia of tangential excision surgery

Interventions

1:Group 1 received preoperative dose of 100 mg flurbiprofen axetil and a postoperative dose of 2 µg/kg sufentanil and 10 mL placebo by patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) pump.
2:Group 2 received preoperative dose of 100 mg flurbiprofen axetil and a postoperative dose of 2 µg/kg sufentanil and 100 mg flurbiprofen axetil by PCA pump.
3:Group 3 patients received 10 mL placebo and a postoperative dose of 2 µg/kg sufentanil and 10 mL placebo by PCA pump.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-II; 2) aged 25-55 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with a history of allergic reaction with NSAIDs or opioid drugs; 2) patients with any contraindications for the use of NSAIDs; 3) patient with infections and inhalation injury; 4) patients with severe hepatic, renal, cardiovascular, or psychological disorders; 5) patients with mental illness, neuromuscular diseases, language disorders, immunodeficiency diseases.
