18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. AMI within 7 days from symptom onset; 2. first AMI; 3. KillIP classification II to III, or level of BNP more than 500pg/ml; 4. with or without reperfusion therapies (thrombolysis or primary PCI).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cardiac shock; 2. combined with Heart valve disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, or idiopathic cardiomyopathy, etc; 3. underwent CABG therapy; 4. contraindications of Antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs; 5. mechanical ventilation; 6. Serious liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Refused to participate.
