Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible patients, older than 18 years, were suffered severe pain because of primary trigeminal neuralgia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed nasal obstruction; sleep apnea syndrome patients; patients with severe cardiovascular disease cannot tolerant operation and anesthesia;patients with hemorrhagic disease or applicating anticoagulation therapy.
