18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged between 18 and 60; 2. Onset suddenly (1 to 2 days), to visit our clinic within 3 days; 3. Unilateral facial paisy; 4. House-Brackman score between 3 and 4; 5. Light and strong relfax are normal, and no other pathological character is found; 6. Intracranial lesions is found by medical imaging examination; 7. No heart function failure; No abnormal liver function; no Diabetes complications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Already accepted diagnosis and treatments in other hospital; 2. Refuse to sign the informed consent or refuse to be devided into different research group randomly; 3. Lady in pregnancy or lactation; 4. Course of diabetes over 5 years; or HBP over 3 years; or hyperlipidemia over 3 years; 5. Patients of Sexually transmitted diseases or other nfectious diseases in activity; 6. Patients with malignant tumor; 7. Patients enroled in other trail within 3 months.
