Interventions

VCR+Dex group:Low risk patients will be randomized after the reinduction treatment to compare with VCR+Dex and without VCR+Dex
MTX25mg/m2 vs. 40mg/m2:Intermediate and high risk patients will be randomized after the reinduction treatment to compare with MTX 25mg/m2 and MTX 40mg/m2
imatinib vs. dasatinib:Ph+ ALL and sensitive to imatinib and dasatinib Ph-Like-ALL will be randomized to compare efficacy between imatinib and dasatinib

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of precursor B-cell or precursor T-cell ALL by immunophenotyping; 2. Younger than 18 years of age; 3. Signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mature B-ALL, mixed phenotypic leukemia; 2. secondary neoplasmia; 3. Leukemia secondary to immunodeficiency disease; 4. Participants with prior therapy (emergency radiation to the mediastinum not included.
