Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. age: 20-38years old; 2. bAFC(d2-7mm) more than 8; 3; bFSH less than 10mIU/ml(D3); 4. the first IVF treatment; 5. all long agonist protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Endometriosis; 2. uterine adenomyosis; 3. uterine cavity form abnormal (uterus/double Angle of uterus/double uterus caused by intrauterine adhesions/submucosal uterine fibroids); 4. assisted reproductive technology, and the pregnancy contraindication; 5. don't agreed to participate in the experiment research and not signed informed consent.
