Higher dose statins intervention group:Rosavastatin calcium 20mg/d p.o.
sertraline:sertraline 25-50 mg/d p.o.
Control group:Rosavastatin calcium 5mg/d p.o.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria of ACS was based on guidelines. STEMI, NSTEMI, and UA patients were included in this clinical trail. Diagnostic criteria of depression was based on the PHQ-2 and PHQ-9 questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of mental illness, a tendency to commit suicide, severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, anxiety state (HAD-A score more than 7), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) less than 0.45, hemodynamic instability, LDL-c more than 3.37mmol/L, allergic to statins or sertraline
