16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age from 17-70 years old; (2) willing to sign the Medical informed Consent; (3) HBV associated liver failure and Alcoholic liver failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Prior to G-CSF allergy; (2) With HBV associated liver failure or Alcoholic liver failure co-infected by any other virus, such as HAV, HCV, HDV, HIV et al.; (3) With malignent tumor; (4) Pregnancy, lactation; (5) Active bacterial infection; (6) With severe systemic disease; (7) Participating in other clinical trials.
