Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of spastic cerebral palsy according to clinical criteria; 2. minimum age of 2 years old and maximum age of 18 years old; 3. The participants with spastic CP were classified at level I to V of the Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS); 4. had not undergone botulinum toxin treatment in previous 6 months; 5. not had a history of lower limb surgery; 6. Parents can accept the content of the consent form and they agree to sign it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any health problems that are not associated with cerebral palsy, uncontrolled seizures; 2. contractures that limited the ankle joint motion;received orthopaedic surgery in the lower limb before this study or who want to receive it within the period of study; 3. received botulinum toxin injection in the lower limb during the last 6 months before this study.
