Interventions

Group TD:Group TD receive DEX (40ug/ml) 0.6ug/kg for 10 min, then change into 0.4ug/kg/h
Group TA:Group TA receive 1g/100ml creatine phosphate sodium
Group TDA:Group TDA receive DEX (40ug/ml) 0.6ug/kg for 10 min, then change into 0.4ug/kg/h and 1g/100ml creatine phosphate sodium

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years; 2. ASA I-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulopathy; 2. history of drug allergy; 3. Hypertension; 4. Liver and kidney dysfunction.
