38 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Cases meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis established by American College of Rheumatology at 1995. 2.Patients are consent to participate the trial and signed in informed consent form. 3.Patients have correct view on the significance of this study and of favorable compliance toward the observation as well as evaluation by researchers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infection history of knee joint or multi-system in recent one month. 2. Patients underwent local blockage therapy with NSAIDs in recent one month. 3. Patients received corticosteroid injection in recent month. 4. Patients that under other modalities which could influence the indexes observed in this study. 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular disease or with organ failure that cannot bear intervention in this study. 6. Patients with psychopath. 7. Pregnant patiens or willing to be conceived during or short after the study.
