Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All the patients met the criteria for BPPV; 2) Have understood all aspects of the informed consent and agreed to participate; 3) All of the participants ranged from 18 to 65 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) have symptoms of dizziness, but positioning test did not lead to dizziness symptoms; 2) exist many semicircular canal BPPV patients; 3) accompanied by otology diseases or neurological disease which can cause vertigo; 4) with cervical spondylotic or Limitation of activity of cervical vertebra; 5) participating in other clinical trials; 6) with other organs or systemic disease; 7) Other reasons are not suitable for clinical subjects, according to the researchers.
