Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Analysis of 2 times or more according to the WHO fifth version of the standard semen routine, the idiopathic male infertility patients were divided into the following three groups: (a) of idiopathic oligozoospermia group: semen volume was more than 1.5ml, the sperm density was less than 15*10^6/mL, total sperm vitality more than 40% or sperm forward activity more than 32%, sperm motility more than 58%; more than 4% or less than 4% in normal sperm morphology (strict standards); (b) of idiopathic asthenospermia group: semen volume was more than 1.5ml, the sperm density was more than 15*10^6/mL, less than 40% and total sperm vitality of sperm forward activity less than 32%, sperm motility rate less than 58%; more than 4% or less than 4% in normal sperm morphology (strict standards); c) idiopathic oligoasthenospermia group: semen volume was more than 1.5ml, the sperm density was less than 15*10^6/mL, less than 40% and total sperm vitality of sperm forward activity less than 32%, sperm motility rate less than 58%; more than 4% or less than 4% in normal sperm morphology (strict standard). At the same time, all the idiopathic infertile male testicular volume in normal Chinese adult testis volume range (15 to 25mL), peripheral blood chromosome (G band) were 46, XY; peripheral serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), testosterone (T) levels in the normal value of lower limit of normal range or slightly below; regular life for more than 1 years, has not taken any contraceptive measures the woman did not become pregnant; negative anti sperm antibody detection.
Exclusion criteria
