Interventions

A:the catheters will be flushed with 10 ml saline solution followed by 5 ml urokinase solution (5000U/ml) over 2 days (Tuesday and Friday) and be flushed with 10 ml saline solution followed by 5 ml he
B:the catheters will be flushed with 10 ml saline solution followed by 5 ml urokinase solution (5000U/ml) on 1 day (Tuesday) during the week, be flushed with 10 ml saline solution followed by 5 ml hep
C:the catheters be flushed with 10 ml saline solution followed by 5 ml heparin solution (10 U/ml) every day

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients of our hospital, who are older than 18 and intend to non-tunneled central venous catheter insertion at the site of subclacian vein with the catheter expected duration more than 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients in Intensive Care Unit; 2.Patients with coagulation disorders; 3. Patients with blood platelet lower than 50*10^9/L; 4.Patients experieneced urgent catheter insertion.
