18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obesity patients with acute pancreatitis in 48h; 2. Body mass index more than 28kg/m2; 3. 18-80 years old; 4. APACHE II score 5-8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age older than 80 years; 2. Refuse to sign consent; 3. Severe heart, liver, kidney, liver and coagulation conditions; 4. Allergic to blood or hydroxyethyl starch; 5. Drug abuse; 6. Presentation of psychiatric symptoms; 7. Insufficient compliance, unable to accomplish the entire regimen.
