18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged from 18 to 70; 2. ECOG: 0-2; 3. stage: Ib-IIa cervical cancer, no adjuvant chemotherapy before surgery, radical hysterectomy + pelvic lymphanoderectomy +/- pararotic lymphanoderectomy, pararotic lymphanode examin (-) during surgery or large lymphanode biopsy (-); 4. pelvic lymphanode (+): more than at least 2; 5. pathology:squamous or adenode; 6. Hb greater than at least 10g/dl, WBC more than at least 4.0*10^9/L, ANC more than at least 2.1, PLT more than at least 80, Cr less than at least 2.0mg/dl, AST less than at least 2*ULN; 7. chest X or CT(-); 8. signed consent imform.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pararotic lymphanode (+); 2. common illiac lymphanode (+); 3. vagianal margin (+); 4. parametrial (+); 5. distant metastasis; 6. serious disease: heart failure, acute infection, liver function failure, ect.; 7. chemotheapy drug hypersusceptibility; 8. pre-pelvic or abdominal radiotherapy; 9. Unable to complete the follow up.
