18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be 18-65 years old; 2. Hospitalized in ICU needed sustainded sedation over 24 hours; 3. Informed consent is obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With history of pregnancy, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, cerebral infarction, drug abuse, liver and cardiopulmonary dysfunction, has been given a sedative before the test within three hours, postoperative cardiac arrest resuscitation, and end-stage multiple organ failure; 2. Failed to obtain Informed consent.
