35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status II or III scheduled for mitral valve replacement surgery, were allocated to control group and propofol group. Eligible subjects were 20 to 65 years old. Patients did not appear myocardial relevant enzyme increasing 24h before the operation,besides prohibite dosing sevoflurane and propofol 28d before the surgery. Patients didn't serious liver, kidney dysfunction and so on. Ejection fraction should exceed 0.30. The patient has no known anesthetic drug allergy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. serious organ disorder;Ejection fraction less than 0.3; 2. Patients appeared myocardial relevant enzyme increasing 24h before the operation. 3. The patients prohibites dosing sevoflurane and propofol during 28d before the surgery.
