Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normotensive healthy blood donors, who are deemed suitable for blood donation after screening by The Hong Kong Red Cross BTS staff.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who fail to meet the current donor eligibility criteria will be excluded from participation. These include those with known medical illnesses, weight less than 41 kg or more than 100 kg, height shoter than 140 cm or higher than 180 cm, age younger than 18ys or inability to give informed consent.
