Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with chronic kidney disease (refers to the diabetic nephropathy patients) GFR30 ~ 89 ml/min.); (2) The research patients belong to qi and Yin (blood) deficiency syndrome, renal collateral calculus, phlegm and blood stasis resistance collateral, damp and hot accumulate poison according to differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine; (3) Male or female, aged 18 to 75 years old; (4) 24 hours urinary protein quantitative is 0.5-3.0 g/d; (5) After the basic step-down (with no ACEI/ARB antihypertensive agents), blood pressure maintains 140/90 mmHg or less; (6) The original application of ACEI/ARB, must be stopped for 2 weeks; (7) The patients whose blood sugar reaches the standard. HbA1c less than 7.5% or less; (8) Agreed and have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)With other glomerular disease, and chronic renal tubular interstitial diseases; (2) Does not belong to qi and Yin syndrome differentiation (blood) deficiency syndrome, renal collaterals and calculus or carry the phlegm and blood stasis resistance winding, damp and hot accumulate poison license; (3) With serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver, hematopoietic system and so on; (4) 24 hours urinary protein quantitative more than 3.0 g/d; (5) Moderately and severe anemia and hemoglobin less than 80 g/L; (6) Diagnosed acute renal failure; (7) After renal transplantation; (8) Being with a history of mental illness; (9) Pregnancy or ready to pregnancy and lactation women; (10) Allergy patients to the being used drugs; (11) Age under 18 years or above 75 years old; (12) Hepatitis B inspection with e antigen positive; (13) Participating in other clinical subjects; (14) Do not sign informed consent.
