inhaling 2 group:inhaling combinant human alph 1b, 2ug/kg
injection treatment group:inject the interferon alpha 1b

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged 0-24 months; 2. To be diagnosed bronchilitis, with severe Complications or comorbidities, hospitaled; 3. acute phase, course less than 48h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the severe bronchilitis included:Shock or disturbance of consciousness;Combined with respiratory failure feature; Repeated apnea or appear slow and irregular; 2. adiministration steroids\antivital drugs\immunity regular in 2weeks before hospitalised,or Antiviral Chinese Medicine in 1 week before hospitalised; 3. sensitive to the interferon; 4. children suffering congenital heart disease, liver disease, Kidney and hematopoietic system diseases, Seizures and other central nervous system disorders.
