Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Under the 2001 international conference on sepsis definition of sepsis diagnostic criteria for sepsis patients with peripheral blood platelet count acuities less than 50*10^9/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignant tumor; Six months had immune regulator treatment; Age 75 years of age or 14 years old or less or higher; After cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR); Admitted to hospital 24 h period or death;End-stage liver or kidney failure; After the blood system diseases and radiation and chemotherapy; Application of anticoagulant drugs in patients with drug use in the first two weeks.
