40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post PCI patients within 6 months; 2. Live with at least one other person in the household; 3. Age 40-75 years old; 4. To be able to accept and follow the study and medication instruction; 5. To be able to perform exercise; 6. Able to read Chinese and speak Mandarin; 7. Presence of functional capacity of more than 5 METs; 8. Presence of normal hemodynamics during exercise testing and recovery (e.g. appropriate increases and decreases in heart rate and systolic blood pressure with increasing workloads and recovery); 9. Resting ejection fraction more than 50%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Undergone previous Coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG); 2. Peri-PCI complications; 3. Recurrent resting pain; 4. Age older than 75; 5. Presence of diabetes; 6. Renal issues; 7. Malignancy; 8. A history of cerebrovascular accident; 9. Severe liver or kidney damage or cognitive impairment, aphasia, mental disorder or inability to inspection and treatment; 10. Unstable angina; 11. Complex ventricular dysrhythmias during exercise testing or recovery.
