Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing therapeutic ERCP in the digestive endoscopy center of West China Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Billroth II, cholangioenterostomy or other major gastrointestinal reconstruction operations; 2. Failure in cannulation; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Patients under the age of 18.
