7 Years to 14 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 50 cases, aged 7-14 years, ASA I or II; Operation types is elected as to be less suitable for combining with nerve block, but with an obvious pain, the surgery period is from 30 min to 2 h. Including tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, sinus surgery, ear fistula operation, appendix surgery, pediatric NUSS operation, and other operations belong to ENT, general surgery, chest or orthopaedic surgery; (2) Nonemergency patients with proper preoperative preparation in the hospital; (3) The surgery period is from 30 min to 2 h; (4) Voluntary, parents or guardian sign the informed consent; (5) Anesthesia method is unified, TIVA, 2 ug/kg fentanyl induction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Body weight is less or more than standard body 15% (standard weight (kg) = height (cm) - 100); (2) With severe respiratory system, cardiovascular disease, or liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT, AST, higher than 1.5 times that of the upper limit of normal value; BUN, Cr higher than normal); (3) Asthma or airway hyperresponsiveness, neuromuscular systemic disease or cachexia children; (4) With difficult airway; had a history of abnormal anesthesia recovery; (5) Used the sedatives, antiemetic or Anti itching drugs before preoperative 24h; (6) Allergy to opioids; (7) Serious acid-base imbalance, or serious electrolyte disorder; (8) Taken monoamine oxidase inhibiting drugs or antidepressants within 15 days; (9) Patients with esophageal reflux disease; (10) Participated in any other clinical subjects before 30 days ; (11) Heart surgery; (12) Researchers think that there are other not suitable for selected conditions.
