Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meeting the Chinese and western medicine diagnostic criteria, according with mild-to-moderate depression: Being age from 18 to 55 years old Meeting Shaoyin cold (kidney Yang deficiency), Jueyin cold and blood stasis (liver blood cold), Taiyin not harmonious (spleen and stomach deficiency), Shaoyang symdrome (liver qi depressive) syndromes standard Stable vital signs, conscious, have certain skills of expression. having not use antidepressant and anti-anxiety drugs, benzodiazepines, benzodiazepines sedative hypnotic drugs 2 weeks before intervention Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Doing not meet the standards; Pregnancy or breast-feeding women; Being major depression author; SDS scale score 72 points or more, SAS scale score 69 points or more; Unstable vital signs; Severe aphasia, agnosia communicator; taking antidepressant and anti-anxiety antipsychotic or received for the treatment of depression 2 weeks before study; with infection and fever on a week; In other clinical subjects in three months; Mental retardation, alcohol or substance abuse or dependence, suicidal tendencies; Depression comorbid with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe anxiety; Other mental disorders secondary depressive symptoms, such as organic mental disorder or mental active substances, schizophrenia; With severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency patients with depression.
