18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Range of age from 18 yrs to 75 yrs; no limitation to gender; after open abdominal or laparoscopic surgery; Informed consent obtained from patients or their appointed agent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypersensitivity to anticholinesterases and bromides; mechanical intestinal or urinary obstruction; peritonitis; angina pectoris; ventricular tachycardia; pregnant woman and woman during lactation; patients with mental sickness;taking part in other clinical trials.
