Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients with clinical pathology or cytology diagnosis of malignant tumor; (2) They have the indication of systemic chemotherapy with platinum, estimated lifetime>3 months of the patients, and the KPS score more than 60; (3) The patients had the experience of digestive tract toxicity symptoms caused chemotherapy, especially nausea, vomiting symptoms experience; (4) The age of 18-75 years old; (5) Signed the informed consent and took part in the study voluntarily. Article 5 at the same time conform to the above can be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patients with intracranial metastases or systemic other metastases can cause vomiting; (2) The patients with severe gastrointestinal obstruction or important organ dysfunction can cause vomiting; (3) The patients with unconsciousness and unable to cooperate; (4) The patients don't accept regular treatment and can not judge the curative effect; (5)The patients with poor compliance.
