18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 18 years; 2. according to the thediagnosis of malignant pleural effusion; 3. Signed the informed consent; 4. without contraindication to galc or operation; 5. comply with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We will exclude patients with uncontrolled bleeding tendencies, an unstable cardiovascular status or severe heart failure, persistent hypoxemia, extreme weakness and not comply with follow-up.
