18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: STEMI patients undergoing primary PCI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) hypersensitivity to asprin, tigeralor, heparin; (2) who need to undergo emergency coronary artery bypass surgery; (3) who has already received thrombolytic therapy; Save type PCI patients; (4) Killip more than and equal to level III; (5) Severe renal dysfunction, serum creatinine more than and equal to 3mg/dl
