Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The including criteria are: 1) with diagnosis of metabolic syndrome under the definition proposed by the International Diabetes Federation; 2) older than 18 years old; 3) able to communicate in Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with impaired mental status, impaired bilateral vision or hearing abilities, limited exercise abilities, terminal illnesses, or had recent (within 1 year) participation in other lifestyle intervention program will be excluded.
