Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: regular menstruation cycle between 25 and 30 days; age smaller than 38 years; serum basal follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) concentration smaller than 15IU/L; the first IVF-ET cycle; no treatment with gonadotrophins within 3 months before the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS); endometriosis;uterine malformation; ovarian tumor; recurrent spontaneous abortion; abnormal chromosome; thyroid diseases; systemiclupuserythematosus(SLE)
