Eligibility

Age
50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 50-75 years old in patients undergoing abdominal secondary surgery, ASA classification Grade I, II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient god classics disease or mental illness; 2. Patients with renal insufficiency, serum creatinine more than tendency for 177/L; 3. Patients with active liver disease; 4. Patients with serious cardiovascular diseases; 5. The patients with pulmonary dysfunction; 6. Patients with endocrine diseases; 7. Patients with metabolic disease; 8 patients with a history of surgery; 9. Patients with MMSE score less than 24; 10. Patients can not finish the neuropsychological tests; 11. Patients with visual impairment; 12. Patients with hearing impairment, or can't understand mandarin Chinese; 13. Patients allergic to propofol or other narcotic ingredients; 14. Plan or to perform the test.
