Eligibility

Age

20 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) bFSH less than 10IU/L, AFC:5-15; (2)age younger than 38 years; (3)Normal menstrual cycle:24-35 days; (4)BMI 18-27kg/m2; (5)Did not receive any reproductive hormone drugs for nearly three months; (6)According to the WHO standards, the diagnosis of infertility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Combine the hyperprolactinemia; (2)Polycystic ovary syndrome or thyroid function was abnormal; (3)endometriosis; (4) Receive controlled ovarian stimulation during 3 months; (5)Residual ovarian follicle diameter more than 20mm of bE2 more than 200 pmol/L in the second day of the menstrual cycle.
