Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18-65 years old; patients requiring percutaneous nephrolithotomy for various causes; patients who agreed to participate and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with symptoms of unrinary tract infection, hematuria and dysuria at enrollment; 2. Patients with diabetes mellitus; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients receiving antibiotics 72 hours before enrollment; 5. Patients allergic to latex, hydrogels (silicone) and ammonium salt; 6. Patients with mental disorders; 7. Patients with other immunosuppressive diseases.
