Eligibility

Age
60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) T2DM (WHO criteria, 1999); (2)age more than 60 years old, younger than 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anyone will be excluded with either one of the following situations: (1) patients with ACS in six months or with angina pectoris at present (CCS more than 3); (2) Severe hypertension (SBP higher than 180mmHg or DBP higher than 110mmHg); (3) Moderate to severe kidney damage (eGFR less than 60ml/min 1.73m2); (4) Diabetic retinopathy; (5) Diabetic foot; (6) Active infection; (7) ketoacidosis or nonketotic hyperosmolar coma; (8) Serious depression; (9) malignant tumor; (10) History of iodine Allergy; (11)Serious cardiovascular disease (decompensated heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, severe valve disease, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, aorta aneurysm, aortic dissection, VTE; (12) Otherserious illnesses to handicap sports (anemia, hyperthyroidism, severe bone and joint disease, serious COPD and asthma, neuromuscular disorders; (13) Patients enroll in the other clinical trials;(14)unsuitable for clinial trials because of other reasons decided by researchers.
