Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients were diagnosed as rheumatic heart disease, and there were indications for bypass valve replacement. All patients voluntarily joined in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypertension, peptic ulcer disease, mental disease, glaucoma, hypercortisolism, diabetes, hyperthyroidism and hyperthyroidism or thyroid dysfunctionendocrine or other endocrine disease. and the patients used glucocorticoids before operation in one month.
