Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cervical multilevel compressive myelopathy from C3-C6 need laminectomy and fusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic renal failure, cirrhosis of the liver, serious cardiac disease, allergy to TXA, a history of thromboembolic disease (deep vein thrombosis, ischemic heart disease, pulmonary embolism, transient ischemic attack, strokes, subarachnoid hemorrhage), bleeding disorders, hypercoagulation status, disseminated intravascular coagulation, pregnancy, cervical laminectomy and fusion not from C3 to C6.
