Two groups:5% NaHCO3 injection instead of 75% alcohol for cleaning, reoccupy iodine disinfection

20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with internal jugular vein catheter; (2) no ICU syndrome; (3) can use words to describe the pain scale accurately, to express their pain; (4) patients were 20 years old; (5) volunteered for the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) serious cognitive dysfunction; (2) associated with serious complications; (3) a coma patients; (4) patients age 20 years old or less.
