Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the subjects: anesthesia after operation in patients undergoing general; 2. the degree of pain: pain when reaching or severe patients regained consciousness after operation; 3. age: 18 to 65 years old, male or female; 4. weight: 50 to 70kg; 5. heart, liver function is normal, renal function and blood coagulation function of normal; 6. volunteers, and written informed consent was obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant and lactating women; 2. for NSAID drugs have a history of allergy and high allergy; 3. have a history of asthma; 4. In an unexpected situation or operation time in operation were significantly lengthened; 5. With digestive tract ulcer or hemorrhage in past six months; 6. In past 2 weeks, received NSAID therapy is used; drug interactions and ketorolac ammonia butyl alcohol three (such as: phenytoin, C Masi Bing, non depolarizing muscle relaxants such as curare etc.); 7. can not be described the response to the treatment of disease or mental disorder patients; 8. with coagulation diseases; 9. in the past 3 months participated in other drug test; 10. The degree of pain after operation 10, lower than the moderate; 11. poor compliance of patients. 12. the analgesic and alcohol dependent patients. 13. the amount of intraoperative bleeding is more than or equal to 1500ml.
