18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18-80 years; 2. The patients were diagnosed with diabetes when fasting plasma glucose was greater than or equal to 7mmol/L, or 2 hours postprandial blood glucose was greater than or egual to 11.1 mmol/L (Repeat two times); 3. The Wagner grade of diabetic foot was greater than or equal to 3; 4. Without serious heart/liver/kidney and hematological system disease; 5. The patients who had signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Removed the patients with Wagner 1 and 2; 2. The life expectancy was less than 6 months when combined malignant tumor and other serious diseases. 3. The patients with pregnancy and lactation; 4. The patients with mental diseases who cannot participate in the study, the patients lost to follow-up and accidental death.
