Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical diagnosis of acute appendicitis according to the clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of Chinese Medical Association.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refused to endoscopic drainage treatment, with the presence of other serious infections,with presenting signs of acute diffuse peritonitis, with imaging signs of appendix abscess,with colon cancer,pregnancy, age less than 14 years,and currently particpator of other clinic trial.
