Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male, 18-40 years of age (including boundary value); subjects body mass index (BMI): 19-26 (including boundary value); According to the medical examination, vital signs, electrocardiogram and clinical laboratory result, participants are healthy, and the inspection was taken 1 week before the drug administration; subjects are able to read and understand the contents of the informed consent, and sign the informed consent before any research related operations; subjects are not taken any other drugs two weeks before the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with arrhythmia, bronchial or cardiovascular disease history, gastric disease, thyrotoxicosis, Parkinson's syndrome, or any other disease or physiology that can interference test results; with disease that can affect drug absorption or metabolic disease of the gastrointestinal tract; have drug abuse history or positive urine drug test results in the past one year; used other medicines within 14 days before the test; participated in other drug experiments within 30 days before the test; Serious blood loss or donation (500 ml) within 3 months before the test.
