Interventions

Three groups:using different sevoflurane concentrations: 0.5MAC, 1.0MAC, 1.5MAC, for anesthesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 45 patients with laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery are performed the surgery is expected time about 3 hours, aged 18 to 65 years old, ASA class I-II, body mass index (bmi) 18 to 25 kg/m2, nearly two weeks with no smoking history, no respiratory infection symptoms, liver and kidney function,electrolyte are normal.No drugs have been taken to affect liver and kidney function in the near future, no history of sevoflurane anesthesia in half a year, no history of alcohol and drug abus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative HB < 90g/l; HCT < 30%.
