Interventions

P group:Pneumoperitoneum high dose the first dose of 5min intravenous injection, followed by continuous injection of 2g / h, until the pneumoperitoneum 1h
M group:Pneumoperitoneum low dose the first dose of 5min intravenous injection, followed by continuous injection of 1g / h, until the pneumoperitoneum 1h
S group:In the pneumoperitoneum and anesthesia maintenance stage was not infused magnesium sulfate, infusion of the same volume of saline

30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Laparoscopic partial gastrectomy patients, aged 30-65 years, body mass index 18-23kg/m, grading are ASA I~II level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative liver and kidney dysfunction, heart failure, uncontrolled high blood pressure (no regular medication, systolic blood pressure control over 160mmHg), severe arrhythmia, heart valve disease, neuromuscular disease, endocrine disease, electrolyte imbalance, Magnesium sulfate allergies or opioids, calcium channel blockers and other drugs taking history of patients with neurological diseases, long-term use of antipsychotic patients.
