Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who can finish the CAM scale; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Over 65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. people who abuse or often take pain medication; 2. pairs of opioids or dexmedetomidine allergy; 3. patients with severe or severe hypertension, blood pressure higher than 160-179/100-109mmHg; 4. simple Intelligence Scale (MMSE) score according to the level of education, illiteracy (uneducated) less than 17, primary school education (education for 6 years or less) of less than 20, high school or above education (education >6) less than 24; 5. patients with cerebral vascular diseases (such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction), tumor patients with brain metastases; 6. preoperative bradycardia (HR<45bpm) or hypotension (mean arterial pressure <60mmhg); 7. liver and kidney dysfunction and maxillofacial surgery can not be speaker; 8. family history of mental illness or mental illness; 9. severe mental or cognitive impairment.
