Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: One hundred and sixty-two patients uder general anesthesia, ASA I or II grade, were randomly divided into three groups. Group P was received 0.2 mg/kg of pentazocine (n = 54).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients' liver and kidney function was normal, no cardiovascular system, respiratory system , and nervous system disease, and no long-term opioid or diazepam class medication history.
