Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the patients underwent coronary angiography in Department of Cardiology, Ningbo No. 2 Hospital, aged> 18 years old; 2. All patients were treated with low-osmolar non-ionic contrast agent ((Iohexol), the amount of 100-450ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. renal function fluctuates more than 20% of the baseline 1 month before angiography; 2. iodine contrast agent or statin allergy,the patients who have been taking statins before surgery; 3. acute and chronic infection; 4. Acute renal failure, CKD stage 4 and 5, peritoneal dialysis, or hemodialysis; 5. Malignancies, autoimmune diseases; 6. Patients who have undergone a contrast agent test in the last week; 7. No wish to join the study and any other involved in another relevant research; 8. Patients with poor compliance; 9. Severe heart failure, severe arrhythmia.
