A Group:bismuth potassium citrate+PPI+amoxicillin+levofloxacin (500mg once/day)
B Group:bismuth potassium citrate+PPI+amoxicillin+levofloxacin (200mg twice daily)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatients diagnosed Chronic Gastritis with atrophy or erosion and with a positive result of 13C-urea breath test in department of Gastroenterology of Qingyuan City People's Hospital between 2017-2-1 and 2017-12-31.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of allergy to any of the study drugs; significant hepatic, renal, endocrine, cardiovascular disease; pre-existing asthma or neurological disease; gastrointestinal malignancy; previous gastric or esophageal surgery; have received H. pylori eradication; currently abusing alcohol or the presence of any other clinically significant medical condition that could increase the risk of adverse effects; Age younger than 18 years or older than 65 years; currently pregnant or lactating; taking any drug that could influence the study results such as PPIs, H2-receptor blockers, bismuth salts and antibiotics in the previous four weeks; participate in other study;Refused to participate in the study.
